Running a team without a system is exhausting

If you’ve managed more than three workers across more than one farm, you know the shape of the problem. Where is Encik Razak today? Did the spray actually happen on Plot 4? Why is harvest down on Tuesday? Who logged the chili pick on Wednesday — and was it weighed before or after grading?

Most farms solve this with phone calls, WhatsApp groups, and notebooks that don’t make it back to the office. Peladang replaces all of that with a single shared system.

What the team gets

• Daily check + event reportingOne unified form covers daily checks, harvests, pesticide events, fertilizer use, and scouting observations. Field-specific fields appear automatically based on plot type.
• Per-worker attendanceWorkers can log their own attendance from Field Mode. Supervisors see the team grid for the day, the week, and the month.

What the manager gets

The manager view is the dashboard, the activity log, and the reports — all populated automatically as workers go about their day. You see who reported what, when, and from where. The activity log is searchable by worker, date, entity (which plot, which planting), and action type.

Role-based permissions are granular: Admin, Manager, Supervisor, Worker. Each role sees what it needs and nothing more. A supervisor can view team performance for their assigned farms but can’t see another supervisor’s farms. A worker can log their own field work but can’t edit financial records.

How it pays for itself (and Peladang doesn’t charge)

The most common feedback we hear: “I stopped repeating myself.” The information that used to live in a phone call now lives in the activity log. The harvest number that used to wait until evening shows up at lunch. The disease observation a worker spots on the morning round becomes a manager-visible alert by the time the manager opens their laptop.
